During his twenty years in charge of the lending business, he developed several secured lending programs for builders, generating approximately $2 billion in loans and yielding around $50 million in interest after loan losses.
Mr. Wallach managed the resolution of defaulted loans and created systems to mitigate associated risks. He also oversaw the company’s unsecured debt to builders, which peaked at over $300 million, gaining valuable experience in handling unsecured debt.
